Navigators Discover Garden of the Gods

Last weekend we took a trip to the Garden of the Gods visitor center where we worked on earning our Wilderness badges.

We learned about local plant and wildlife.

We learned how to identify scat and animal tracks.

We even learned about Theiophytalia kerri.  A dinosaur that lived in the Garden of the Gods.

We completed a scavenger hunt to learn everything at the visitor center.

We even took a look through the viewer outside.

What a view!
